PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Each sold product subjects to its product description.The term “product” refers to any Amber Jewelry pieces: pendants, bracelets, necklaces, rings, and cufflinks. As for Gift Sets, the complete set consists of man’s cufflinks and woman’s pendant. Together with the outer and two inner boxes with our company logo Alto ‘di Versi as well as a small gift in a jute bag, all of it remains an integral part of the set purchased on our page https://altodiversi.com.

We pay a lot of attention to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our page are correct and updated. Nevertheless, we have the right to adjust prices, include additional costs and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice.

Please note that our amber jewelry pieces are handmade so sometimes they can vary in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items and we feel this adds to their unique character and is not to be considered a defect. Each piece of amber is unique in its structure and color, so you will not be able to find exactly the same looking piece on earth.

The product images and description texts reflect the product as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may occur on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of jewelry. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings on your computer.

 

ORDERING: PRICING & PAYMENT

We process all orders in € (EUR). When you place an order using a bank account of another currency it will be charged at the current exchange rate as converted by your bank, along with your bank’s exchange fees and/or commissions which are in accordance with the policies established by your bank. If you have any doubts regarding charges in your local currency, please contact your bank before placing an order.

You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards or using Paypal.

You confirm that the used credit or debit card is yours. All credit or debit cardholders undergo validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. In case the issuer of your payment card refuses to or, for any reason, does not authorize payment to us, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. Please go to https://www.paypal.com or www.securetrading.com to get familiar with payment gateway specific terms and conditions. We do not handle any credit or debit card numbers. We do not add any extra charge for card payments.

When paying by credit or debit card starting conditions apply once the card transaction is approved. The price of the products will be indicated on our price list in force at the time we confirm your purchase order. Please be assured that as part of our order checking and dispatch processes we do verify our prices. Alto ‘di Versi reserves the right to change prices at any time, to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and cancel your order, correct incorrect prices on order or final sales, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you at Order Confirmation.

All prices are inclusive of 23% VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered.

Alto ‘di Versi reserves the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time as well as remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We will not hold the responsibility to you or any third party due to product withdrawal from this website whether or not that product has been sold. We will not be liable to you by reason of our removing or editing any materials or content on the website.

Placing orders in another person's name without their permission, or causing financial losses to that person or Alto ‘di Versi might result in reporting to the police.

All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and Alto ‘di Versi reserves the right to cancel the purchase in case of any suspicion. Any dispute and any issues will be considered under EU law.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. Please, save this email in order to make a contact with customer service easier. The order confirmation (receipt) states a guarantee of proof of purchase.

 

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately. Cancellation is not valid until you have confirmed with us by email and this email has been acknowledged by Alto ‘di Versi (support@altodiversi.com).

Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In this case, you are required to receive the order.

Alto ‘di Versi takes responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost in transit but you will have to contact our customer service team within 21 days of ordering (support@altodiversi.com). If the goods are lost or damaged when returning the product than you are you take the responsibility.

If we receive a parcel which has not been received from the post office (or equal shipping office), we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred from dealing with your order and shipment. You will receive an invoice which will have to be settled within 10 days.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you by reason of our refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

We hold the right to reject an order in particular as a result of below reasons:

  1. Ordered products are unavailable in our stock. We will notify you of a replacement or any equivalent products where possible.
  2. Your payment authorization is not available for us.
  3. We have identified pricing or product description error.
  4. You do not meet the requirements of the terms and conditions.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

We offer FREE delivery worldwide for all orders (excluding jewelry sets). All products are shipped from Gdansk, Poland (from our Headquarter).

You will enter your delivery address and select your preferred delivery option during the checkout. Please take extra care when entering your delivery address correctly. We will not be responsible for any undelivered or delayed dispatches due to incorrect address details provided to us.

Standard delivery time varies from 3 to 14 business days. Orders are delivered by courier, usually by FedEx, UPS or DHL. Orders sent to Europe are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 1-5 business days.

After placing your order, you'll be sent a tracking number so as to enable you to check exactly when your parcel is scheduled to arrive.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer EASY 90 days returns on all orders!

Please note that you have the right to return any brand new product for a full refund or store credit within 90 days of delivery. We want you to love your Alto 'di Versi jewelry set, but if for any reason you are not happy, you may return any full-price Alto 'di Versi products within 90 days of receiving the order. However, this can only be done providing the items are unused and in original condition. To cover return shipping, handling and restocking we will deduct from your refund a flat rate of EUR 15 per item. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

To arrange the return please contact our Customer Support team at support@altodiversi.com. As soon as we receive the product back and verify it is unworn or damaged, the return will be processed and you will receive a full refund.

LIABILITY FOR DEFECT

If it happens that your product was damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden you must immediately report it to the carrier within 7 days. It is therefore so important to carefully examine your, parcel when it arrives. Transport damage should also be reported to Alto ‘di Versi within 21 days since you have placed the order.

Due to the fact that all our products are thoroughly inspected before they are packaged, defective products returned to Alto ‘di Versi will be regarded as if they were in perfect working condition when shipped. In the case of faults or defects in the product supplied, the purchaser shall not be empowered to reject the product unless such faults or defects are reported within 21 days of placing the order.

Note that as a consumer, you have legal rights in connection with goods that are faulty or not as described. Any advice on your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms can affect these legal rights.

 

COMPLAINTS TERMS AND WITHDRAWAL

It is so important to carefully examine your parcel when it arrives in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If you receive your item and see that we have sent you the incorrect item or it is damaged, please contact us within 21 days. Any complaints should be reported to our customer service team by email at support@altodiversi.com or through our contact form available on the contact page of our website. Please provide the order number and the reason for complaint. We will get back to you straight away with instructions on how to return the goods. Note, that it is important that the returning item is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit. In case the product suffers a manufacturer fault which will be decided by Alto 'di Versi on receipt of the returned product the customer is entitled to a refund of the shipping costs. Alto 'di Versi reserves the right to replace faulty items with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will then receive a full refund.

The purchaser has the right to cancel the purchase within 21 days. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. Purchasers using their right to return an order they should complete the returns section of the website. The order number and customer’s email address that was used to order will be required. Return shipping is paid by the consumer.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Alto 'di Versi is not liable for delivery delays, downtime, data loss or additional work resulting in economic harm. We shall be exempt from responsibility for damages and other penalties on the execution of the prevented, impeded or delayed contract by circumstances beyond our control. As the trigger factor should be considered following reasons: government intervention, new or amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to the criminal activity that affects its operating.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with any outside organization or third party. When placing an order with us, you will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number and email address, which we need to fulfill your order. You have the right to request access to your data. You can get it changed or removed if there is anything incorrect.

 

RETENTION OF TITLE

Please note that until full payment is made all products remain Alto ‘di Versi property.

 

APPLICABILITY

Terms included in our store policy are governed by EU law. You as well as Alto 'di Versi both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the EU courts. These conditions are applicable where the EU or other applicable law do not provide conditions that are in conflict with them.
